RC10T

Another steal on what was a runner with Futaba Mag Jr, 148, Novak 410, and mint box. I was so stoked on the box as it looked like it just came out of the shrink wrap.

I swapped out the tub which only had a few scratches for a nicer tub with carpet rash. I touched up the rash with a Sharpie. I bought another cheap 10T just for the turnbuckles. I have some original Associated universals to swap out the MIPs. I would like some foam tires for it as the truck will probably sit on the shelf after completion.

I stored the box under the bed in the spare room along with my other rc boxes. The most recent addition of found animals to the house, Fred the cat, found the box. Fred lovingly drove his canines down one entire side of the top. He also managed to add one long scratch across the entire picture of the truck. AAARGH!!!. I am planning to attach dog treats to Fred and let Albert and Blue have their way with the furball.

Thanks Reg. My first truck.

Are you still looking for the Novak World Champion decal?

Very nice find. It looks like a pretty solid foundation. I'm looking forward to seeing the progression on it.

Thanks Russ. I have new white front arms and hope to pick up the same for the rear. Unfortunately they go for about as much as I have in the truck!

Thanks Spider. I picked up some new Associated rear tires and rims. The fronts were in decent condition. I have been sitting on a cool 10T body that I picked up with a buggy about 5 years ago. I will post up some pics asap.

Have you figured out a paint scheme for it yet?

I picked up the only two new parts for the truck to make roller status... rear rims and tires. I have been holding on to the body for about 5 years now waiting for a truck build  I cleaned it up a bit and added some decals. Too bad I missed out on Stormer's truck bodies.

I like that body. Would be cooler with a retro paint job but it looks good on there.

Thanks Romulus. I plan to paint up a T2 body with the splash style worlds paint scheme. I should be able to wrap this one up by 2020

I've never seen that body before, but I love it! Anyone know who makes it?
