RPM World's conversion kit, A&L steering and some Tecnacraft turnbuckles.
Great car, just don't break any suspension parts

I think I have extras of most everything in the plano boxes that I got with everything. Most of it is already died to match as well.

Are the rear hub carries special on the RPM worlds conversion? If so are the RPM low profile the same?

yes, the worlds hubs are special to the conversion. but other than the larger diameter bearings, the rpm hubs currently offered for the gt are pretty much the same thing.

the low profile rpm hubs will work too. but, you will have to drill a new camber hole lower on the arm (and cut off the excess).

Nice car.

Think there's any chance of 2wd interest in Carbondale? That track looked pretty nice. Thanks for the vid.

Please tell me the advantage of the World's conversion and shaving the rear end of the car to fit the arms....just wondering and thanks.

rpm was trying to mimic the ae "stealth" cars from the 89 and 91 worlds. hence the reason why they're called "worlds" parts. in order to use a longer arm, while using the stock wheel and keeping the same track width, you have to go in towards the center. that required a different arm mount and the need to notch the chassis for clearance. it's really no different than the route taken on the b2/b3.
i'll let a more knowledgeable member that understands suspension geometery far better than myself exlpain the benefits of a longer a-arm.

2WD buggy is the biggest class currently. I would have taken video of it but I was busy racing.

Wow, that's a pleasant surprise. I'll try and look into it. Thanks

I got the car in a running shape and took it to the track today. I ran the first two heats with it for fun and got lots of positive feedback. I just had a 15 turn in it with a 4000 mah lipo and was nowhere near pace with it as I have not done anything to set it up. I had a blast with it and that is all that matters. It would be pretty cool if we could get a few more vintage cars here and could run a class.
