Not vintage but anyone run an RC10R5 with a 235mm conversion

I know it's not vintage but I recently scored a free 10R5 and was thinking of purchasing a 235mm conversion for it. The prospect of running a modern retro 235 car that you can still buy parts for is quite appealing, especially since 235 is just about extinct. Has anyone run one or seen one run?

Have you run it, how does it handle compared to a 10L or similar car? Although pricey the IRS hubs are apparently the go, the new pod plates seem to be the best solution though.
I'd like to run 7.4v and gobs of power, 6.5T - 8.5T with boost software. Not sure how well the boost will work in a pan car but it will be fun to try.

I ended up setting up two complete cars, however I never had a chance run them. Today there in storage on the east coast, maybe someday I'll get back there and retreave them...

Just finished getting my 10R5 ready and took it to the track. The track has changed a ton and has no traction for pan cars. Even though I just painted a body for it I still ordered a 235 kit anyway, so we'll see how it goes.
