Just got this in the mail.
2 vintage esc, the novak still has thebox with all accessories.
Skinny front wheels and tires. And the OG 3 Piece.
Also had what I think is either a sprint car or sand rail chassis.

I almost bid on that truck, I wanted the body more than anything.
Glad to see a member got it, and not someone who was going to part it out.

The bidding got dirty at the end. Went from $50 to over $100 in the last minute or two of the auction. I wasnt letting this one get away and get striped for parts. I have a hot pink nose plate for it too.

That looks pretty sweet. I like the paint on both those bodies and are those spare arms painted or dyed? They really match that chassis well.

The arms are dyed. Im putting them back on. The PO dyed the rears black.
Im painting the shock towers hot pink to match the nose plate i have for it also.

I would try Krylon plastics paint on the fiberglass towers. The paint held up great on lexan. I know Rustoleum metal paint comes in fluorescent colors, not sure about Krylon.

kyrlon for plastics is horrible and will break down the plastics over time
i did custom car and personal aircraft interiors for about 6 years
i cant tell you how may airplane and cars came in that had been painted with that stuff the plastics would just crumble in your hands
this is the proper stuff to paint plastics you should be able to buy it at a local auto paint store

its designed to paint car bumpers and car plastics as well as redye vinyl interiors
it actually bonds to the surface (instead if sitting on top like the kyrlon for plastics and other standard paints)
and is flexible so it does not crack
the most important thing is that it oes not suck the moisture out of the plastics like the kyrlon
