Can any of you gents tell me which one is easier to drive or better for racing? I currently have a Team car with the long arms, but have often wondered if a WOIN long arm version would be better. Just a thought. Thanks in advance

There the same team car you have . WOIN cars just update the trans and go to 3/16 axles.

This is what WOIN means:

RC10 that use stock team arms and standard offset 2.2" wheels aren't WOIN....though there have been a few of those builds that have misrepresented themselves as a WOIN.

I find my WOIN car more forgiving than my stock
Short arm six gear
My woin car can be pushed a lot harder in the
Ruff stuff as where the short arm you kinda have
To tip toe
I also can run a more progressive setup in my
Woin car
As my SA 6 gear loves a super soft chassis slapping
Setup
But that's my driving style I like to drive my cars
From the rear end
I'm also running Jakes arms ( aka Seabass )

I guess I messed up on my question.

Actually, what I meant was the difference between the standard long arm(Team) vs the long"er" arm WOIN cars you gents are building now with the Klien arms and similar. Thanks for all the responses guys.

Like Farmer mentioned, the WOIN cars are way more "plush" or forgiving on the track. The standard CE configuration is edgy and faster if your a very good wheel. The WOIN is easier, probably because of the longer arms and increased width, where the stubby arms on the stock CE is twitchy.

Thanks for the input Charlie. Just curious, have any of you gents ever build a WOIN utilizing a TQ10 chassis or graphite chassis? Oh, by the way, where can I get a set of these long"er" arms other than Kliens? Sorry for all the noob questions.

dynotech klein arms are it, unless you have a set of actual rpm wolrds arms, or find a set of jake's arms. or come up with something totally different.
