Not sure if the link will work, but apparently the inside cover of the July issue of RCCA has a very familiar photo in it...

Click on the image of the magazine it opens Page by page view. Its the second and third pages. Took me a minute to figure it out too.
Its nothing you haven't seen before, its the context that's so interesting.

Why would it be metric? All the parts they still make are SAE.
