Excellent history of Team Associated

Cliff Lett, Vice President of Team Associated, gave a speech about Roger Curtis, co-founder of Team Associated, when Roger was awarded Car Action's RC Hall of Fame Award. It's a fascinating read on Team Associated's history, complete with clickable photos:

Steve, long time no see on the forum - how about you tell us a bit more about how the whole re-re thing came to life and give us a few more details about what's to come???

to me it all made sense to look at this altogether: the biggest contributiin of Roger to the hobby IS the RC10, so the classic re-re is a bit of an hommage

True, but Roger also did start / create Associated - that might even be a bigger contribution

Thanks for this nice homage to the original RC, So many things I just learned from this! I sure wish you could convince Cliff and Rick to join in on our fun, vintage is cool, and those ex racers are like gods to us!

For an R/C history buff like myself this leaves me begging for more!
I don't think I was ever a bigger Associated fan than when I saw this photo!
