I just picked up a Traxxas hawk2 what's the difference if any to a hawk?

Hawk had the motor up high and short white shocks, weaker chassis, and short arms with a lot of offset in the wheels

That's a sweet looking hawk, I have one just like it only mine needs a lot of cleaning, I picked up a hawk on ebay a long time ago for a donor, it may prove to be useful for my hawk 2 project
