New to forum...and my new RC10

Hi Guys,

I'm new to the forum but not to RC. I started racing with my Tamiya Fox back in the late 80's.

I've come and gone from the hobby a couple times over the last 20 yrs. I returned to stay 4+ yrs ago.

I've always wanted a nice original RC10 for a shelf queen, but got this for a steel and will make a runner out of it.

I was wondering if some of you could tell me exactly what I have as I'm not familiar with the old RC10s

The chassis is stamped with an "A"...to bad it's been mangled.

There is a Houge steering assembly and I think those are some Andys A arms and an adjustable rear toe block as well.

6 gear and original tranny. Black hard anno shock bodies.

Unused kit tires ( rear). That's as much as I know. Here are some pics for you guys to look over.

Thanks!

Welcome. :D Nice collection you've got started there. That body is pretty cool. Definitely an original design. Well executed too. I'd be interested to see more work from it's creator.

Welcome aboard. Nice score, you should be able to put together a nice runner out of that score!

Thanks guys!

I have already started the build....and should have another RC10 very soon.

This prob gets asked all the time. I did search but could not find an answer.

What does the "A" "B" "C" etc stamp mean. I assume the "A" stamps are the earliest run of chassis............?

Hey if you need a drill template for the stealth tranny let me know. I live in Oakville Ontario. I am current putting together a modern runner.
