Cooltoy's Blackfoot build with some upgrades

Had this one for a while already thought it needed a little restoration & mount all the extra parts that i have collected for a while already..
1st stop the washers..
Had to paint it to make it a little different.
Crp underguard
Polished the speed control piece a little bit

Some more work done...
After assembling the parts i noticed the bumper mount was the wrong one.. It would not fit the blackfoot wheels gap is too small for the tires.. So i took it off again & installed the normal black ones.

Thorpe gear
Aluminum rear arms
Aluminum shock arm
Crp rear underguard

That's pretty sweet looking so far. I wanted to build a Blackfoot with those aluminum arms front and rear. They look awesome.

That looks great so far! Those are some hard to find parts you got there. I will be watching this one.

Can't wait to see what the final product will look like!
Personally, I am a HUGE fan of the Monster Beetles (I have two of them) but am waiting for the day Tamiya re-releases it as well the Blackfoot. C'MON TAMIYA!

When i first saw the rear arms i didn't really liked it for some reason maybe looked plain & skinny? When it was installed that is the time i appreciated it..

Lucky i bought them before.. They should be out hopefully sometime again soon...
