Here's a few goodies I have left after a couple craigslist purchases. Figured why not start another project? Not quite sure which direction to go but I'm thinking gold pan with the sides cut and rear narrowed worlds style. I'd like to find some rpm rear arms, so if anyone has any they wanna let go of pm me. Dyed or scuffed doesn't matter. I actually wanna keep this ride "rat rod" style. When things end up too nice, I never wanna run them!

Man that actually would fit the theme pretty good! I just won a gold chassis a little bit ago. I was happy because it didn't have any extra holes!

You wanna make a rat rod chassis, grab some 3/16" music wire and head out here. We can TIG it into some crazy spider web looking thing that will NEVER break.

Ok Nick! Man this was just an idea I thought up while looking at these parts. But now the wheels are really turning!

My kind of build! I agree: the ones that end up too pretty never get run. I may have some rear arms for you, not RPM, stock arms, but... "lightened." I'll pm you a photo when I get home, if you're interested.

I'm working on a couple 'bastard children' myself at the moment, one is semi-swissed 10t getting cast off t2 black parts and the other is a lrm equipped losi on a battered graphite chassis. I plan to equip them with water proof equipment so they can be all weather bashers.

Nice! Im planning on making this one like the new hot rod trend which is battered old cars with modern engines, suspensions etc. I'm thinking all new electronics on here, b4 threaded shocks or maybe big bores, vts slipper.

Junkyard dog RC10's are great, they just love to run harder than you'd expect.

I'm not too worried about the shocks, but I plan to upgrade the electronics AND go waterproof. I will likely pick up one of the receiver boxes for the duratrax evaders to do that. I want a vintage car I can bash then hose off the muck and grime.

This is what I have come up with so far on the Losi buggy... the Associated truck is waiting on a rear bulkhead.
