I bought the shorter rear tower from carbon works and wondering if I made a mistake and should have bought the taller ones or how many limiters should I run? Just seems these shocks are way long

Definitely need to switch to shorter 1.18" shocks or a taller tower.

Too many limiters and you won't get enough suspension travel for off-road.

That's what I thought just odd that the site said for b4 shocks.

Those are the towers and it says running b4 rear shocks but something doesn't add up

B4 rear shocks are 1.18" shock bodies.

Looks like you have 1.32" or 1.39" shock bodies?

Are you sure those are B4 shocks? Maybe they are T4's?

I'm not sure to be honest the guy I bought them for said they were b4 shocks but I'm really not sure are t4 and b4 rear shocks different?

You car is sitting flat on the table, the shocks should be taller than the tower if you look at it this way. Mount the shocks, and then see how much droop you have. -J

Good, move the shock out tward the end of the arm. You should run your shocks out as far as possible for precision reasons. Then you should need a couple of .030 shims (2 maybe) inside the shock. Also move the top of the shock all the way in on the tower, for progression reasons. This should be close, post more pics. -Jeff

That looks pretty close. On my WOIN car (and most cars) my starting place for droop is center line of axle in line with underside of chassis. It is usually a while (axhausting all other tuning peramiters) before I mess with rear droop. Build the rest of it and see where it is at when finished. -Jeff

The shock will probably be in the way of the rim if all the way out on the arm, assuming b4 rims are gonna be used.
