RIP George Benedict.

George was the father or John Benedict, the owner of RCHR (home to the first years of the VONATS).
He passed over the weekend. George was a real class act. he was a fixture at RCHR. always had a smile on and was kind to everyone.
he was a blast to race with as well.

i'm sure past vonats racers would agree.

Pop's will be missed by anyone who knew him.

I'm really sorry to hear this. George was a good fella.

I'm sorry to hear about George's passing. He was a great guy and also a Navy Vietnam Vet.
