Whats the word on brushless motors getting wet? I know in the old days we would dip our brushed motors in water for better performance but I dont know if brushless can get wet? We have some great terrain here in the upper midwest due to the cold weather and Id like to go play on it. The snow is rock hard and drifted making for some awesome looking areas to go bash around. Im not worried about the other electronics getting wet as its pretty ez to seal them off. I just dont know about the motor???

Motor is fine. I've literally soaked my Castle motors while bashing in the snow (can't comment on others) and had no issues at all. It should be fine, the motors are just bearings on the ends so it should be fine.

I haven't had any problems

There's some small precautions I take, but nothing major... tape off the ESC > Motor connections, run a gear cover and dry everything off after a run. If you have a sensored system, I'd tape off the connection on the can. I can't really think of anything else besides keeping the bearings oiled, but most people do that periodically anyway.

I've completely submerged a Novak Super Sport combo. I was surprised everything survived the experience.
