Help id'ing an RC10GT

I'm getting this in trade and need a few parts for it but need help in id'ing it. Is it first or second gen? I need to find a battery box and a reciever box for it.

It's a second gen chassis with a mix of older and newer parts on it. Looks like it was probably pieced together from spare parts, or just an old truck that has been updated over time. For the parts that are specific to first/second gen (tub/flat chassis) you will need to buy second gen/flat chassis parts, the rest are interchangeable. The gt never had an actual battery box, the battery is simply zip tied to the rear bumper. If you are dead set on having an actual box, the gt2 and Duratrax evader box's can be made to work with a little bit of customizing. What receiver you need depends on what radio you have.

Hard to tell from the pics, but the shocks appear to be the older style plastic traxxas shocks. They work fine as long as they are built well.

Thanks for the quick response my plan is to freshen it up and raise some hell in my neighborhood. Ill prob rebuild the shocks before i actually run it just because.
