870C with many options: aluminum turnbuckles, AE shocks, top deck, Works wheels (wrong offset), RW tufnol spur gear, front RPM or Andy's a-arms... Looks like it's missing the chassis brace and belt tensioner. The shell is from a 91 Works.

Not that hard to get a hold of. They pop up on ebay every now and then. Value,, generally about the same as an optima mid, perhaps slightly more.

You really only have the 91 shocktowers topdeck and rims if the 91, be easier to make it a nice 870...although there is a 91 chassis on ebay and the guy had the right sus arms for the 91/92/93 as well...they r nice, i have a couple... A shelfer and a runner...

I sold that car at the end of last year and was getting a bit sentimental wanting it back but I don't think I'm gonna bother with it

Nah, bag yourself a nice 91 or 92 on that auction site TBH. I know how you feel getting sentimental, id kill just to see my old '94, i know it went to a collector in Scotland, but no joy tracking it down, even these days with the world being smaller, and so many of us likeminded on forums and social media.

Regarding the option parts used, I think the tufnol spur gear is Nodis, not RW. RW was started later, I bought lots of stuff from Nodis that time.
