I have a set of RC10 lunsford titanium tie-rods circa 1995

Which rod ends will work with these (e.g. I assume the modern Lunsford ones work)? Any others?

Also is there a ball cup wrench?

I tried the Associated ones but they seemed too small, has anyone tried reaming them? Seems like a pain tho
