Graphite chassis repair???????Help!!!!!

Howdy,
Scored a chassis that has a chip / de-lamination flaw and was wondering if anyone had any ideas. This will be a backup racer or a shelf queen chassis, haven't decided. Think it is mostly cosmetic but my thought is that the portion that is missing should be there. So if anybody has any input or has dealt with this sort of thing....... I know epoxy will be involved but.... Thinking about JB Weld and a re-drill. Really open to any suggestions.
