6215 25º carriers Vs. 7212 25º carriers

I just picked up a B3 and am in the process of gathering parts for it. In the original parts listing, they list both the 6215 and 7212 25º carriers. They don't look the same but I assume they will both work. Why were there two different parts for the same job and is one better than the other?

the 6215's were used on rc10's and the b2, 7212 on the b3/t3 (which used their own kingpin ballstud, knuckle, and axle).

i'm going to assume you are looking at the parts list on associated's site? if not, check out the image under "front suspension". it says "b2" on the block and axle.

You know, as long as I looked at that parts list I totally missed the "B2" designation on the 6215. Thanks, you made that a lot easier (and now I feel a bit dumb  ). Ah well.
