Help ! Scale FAV driver figure needed

Hello guys,
i am currently preparing my second fav, this time as a desert specops vehicle with additional tower. Hence i am looking for two scale looking driver and gunner figures, quality wise comparable to DAM toys 1/6 series or mcfarlane 1/10. I appreciate any tips pointing to a matching series and where to buy it.
