He's posting the truncated link, not the full link.
H.P FREAK, you need to go to that Facebook page, then copy the address at the top of your browser window...then paste that in your message above.
If you copy it from within an Outlook message or somewhere other than the Address Bar, it'll often be truncated if it's too long...with a bunch of dots appearing instead of the actual characters.
