It was the program I was using.. It was messing up jpeg images.

"Current image: Maximum dimensions; width: 130 pixels, height: 400 pixels, file size: 8.00 KiB."
So I was going to change avatar and when I tried to upload a 130px, 22kb image it said it was too big..
To make it 8kb it would look like this:
Well most I could get it was 8.9kb.. that is lowest jpeg quality program would do..
So why only 8kb? For 130px image, 8kb is too small.
Gottta admit since 1996 I have never had this issue.. Weird!
