Building on the above post , the CAT 2000 series (original, EC, ECS, SE, & 98) and the CAT 3000 share a lot of compatible parts. The following may be helpful.
On page 2 of the CAT 3000 manual, the U823 slipper clutch and the U2102 torque distribution system are "Speed Secret" upgrades. Following the discussion in the thread below, U823 probably includes all of the necessary standard slipper parts but is difficult to obtain.

Based on the manual, the stock CAT 3000 uses the fixed gear layshaft (U1751) and one way clicker front pulley (U1498). The CAT 2000 ECS also used a fixed gear setup and U1498 front pulley. The rest of the CAT 2000 series used a slipper with the U1498 front pulley. Unlike the CAT 2000 series, two additional flanges (U2285) are shown on the front pulley in the CAT 3000 manual and exploded diagram.
As suggested in the the above post, it would probably be easier to find a stock slipper used in a kit. However if it helps, the standard slipper for the CAT 2000 required the following parts.
U730 Thrust bearing
U855 Thrust Plate and Drive Hub - Slipper
U856 Repair kit Q.C Slipper
U1497 Layshaft CAT 2000
U1501 Layshaft Pulley and Flanges - CAT 2000
U1540 Speed Pack - Short M3 Pan Hd
U1633 Speed Pack - Small Pins (pk)
Examples of the parts can be found in the CAT 2000 EC manual:
CAT 2000 EC slipper and CAT 2000 ECS non slipper

Schumacher offered a variety of aftermarket drivetrain parts for the CAT 2000 series. These included the aluminum one way roller clutch layshaft pulley at the following link. Please NOTE, I do not know if there will be a compatibility problem here. This was originally intended as an upgrade for the CAT 2000 series, which does not use the thin flanges (U2285) with the front pulley (U1498) that the CAT 3000 uses.

There was also an alternative fluid based slipper called the viscous drive unit (aka VISCO (U1787)). According to Schumacher, "With a viscous drive, the torque applied is proportional to the difference between motor speed and wheel speed." This slipper is compatible with the different front and rear pulleys if the corresponding layshaft is used. For the fixed plastic layshaft pulley (probably U1897) or the one way plastic layshaft pulley (U1498), VISCO drive layshaft (U1788) is required. If using the one way alloy layshaft pulley (U1910), then VISCO drive layshaft (U1911) is required.
Later, Schumacher introduced the adjustable braking system (ABS (U2101).) This replaced the fixed layshaft and pulley combination with one that allowed for adjustment to the amount of front braking via a oneway pulley, slipper rings, a spring, and a nut. Then came the torque distribution system (T.D.S (2102)) that included the U2101 ABS system for the front braking but and a drive slipper that worked (i.e. slipped) for rear wheels only. Or as Schumacher explained it "… allows adjustment of the torque distribution between front and rear wheels." The TDS also allowed for locking out the slipper via longer screws to connect the slipper plates.
A list of aftermarket parts and corresponding bag/catalog descriptions are below:
