I found this picture in the February issue of 1987 of RCCA: It looks like the front shock tower is missing and a bit of mono-shock showing?

For the lovers: there 's another proto-type picture on the forum. It was posted by one of our chinese/hongkongnese contributers; showing the final setup in the front, but using different rear arms which follow the front arms design.
Anybody else in posession of proto-type pics for the ultima? Or got some information on the design history?

Yeah, the prototype car had a mono shock up front. I don't think it was ever released.

I'm glad they went with the stand up shocks. I hate the mono shock look.
