Best method for whitening yellowing plastic?

I have a Kyosho Scorpion Tub that was white but do to sun bleaching has a yellow tint. Does anyone have a method to make it white again? I was thinking bleach, oxiclean or maybe a magic eraser. Any help would be appreciated I don't want to damage the tub, they are hard to find.

Mr. Clean magic erasers are micro-abraiding. Don't do that, it'll end up swirl frosted.
