tamiya prototype tb01 4wd mini?

Any one heard about the tamiya prototype tb01 4wd mini？ I am not sure about this made by tamiya or custom mades.but when I got the chassis I found the carbon chassis works great. looks like tamiya prodution.the car missing the front bumper I have to fit one molded on it. first all the chassis pictures.if you know about it please for advice.
