Happy New Year everyone.
Well I have decided my New Year's Resolution is to complete my projects and not buy into any new projects.
Please hold me to this!
What are your resolutions?

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.......
Had the same thought - then BAMMMMM - part came up that I needed for a project I had wanted to start for ages...........
At the end of the day - at least you have something to show for your addiction - not like drinking and smoking.......
Cheers

My new years resolution is to quit smoking. I don't currently smoke so it should be an easy one to keep.
Actually i would like to get some of my project cars out of the way but before I can really tackle any of them, I need to redo my garage. I'm trying to fit 20Lbs of crap into a 10Lbs bag.

To:
-Be a good Father (son due Feb 7)
-Appreciate my g/f more and be more mindful of her feelings
-Finish my certification for Insurance license
-Be more pro-active and make more appts. (see above)
-Sell my unused RC and not jump on EVERY good deal
-Complete at least 1 to 2 incomplete kits/ restoration projects
I'll probably add some things as the year progresses.

I would like to cut out all processed foods and anything with high fructose corn syrup completely. But, I have a thing for chocolate chip cookies.
Would like to step up from a 5k and run a 10K this year. Also want to get the wife running with me, she is too hit and miss with it.

Now that'd be surprising, most of us will just continue as we did before and gradually scrap more and more rather than add

continue my weight loss (30 lbs last year), and start shaping up...I know, pear is a shape, but need to start thinking about blood pressure and the ole' ticker.
I need to find time to finish the 3 current project (2 have all the parts, just missing the time).
finally sell my house and move into another (yea right, damn housing market)
try to get to a track with my 2 boys and actually get to run (i am the busiest turn marshall out there, LOL)
work more with my little girl, goal for this year is sit by herself, maybe stand (she has C.P.) anything to keep her from being wheelchair bound
work less, play more
jump on EVERY rc deal the wife lets me (c'mon honey...1500 isnt toooo much for that MIP set up!!!)
and like MOmo...I will add more, and more, and more...

I thought the point behind resolutions was to set high goals for yourself then settle for something between "mediocre" and "you can do better than that".
I don't do resolutions. I ride the wind and take it where it takes me.

You can't stop at 11, that's an odd number. You need one more to make an even dozen. Wait! What's better than a dozen? A BAKER'S dozen! Oops! 13 would be an unlucky number, better make it 14, just to be safe ...
