Looking forward to this one. My first Traxxas rig was the straight up Eagle 1901. Long gone.....

does that front bulkhead just drop right on or do you have to modify it at all?

How difficult is it to get that lipo in and out of the truck? On my last SRT, I had to make my own upper chassis plate that was clearanced a bit more near the battery. My hard case 2S packs would fit, but I had to remove the rear battery brace to get the pack in or out. I could have cut the original plate and used the forward front battery box locations (for 7-cell battery), but didn't want to cut-up a rare piece. Plus, it would have given me way more room than needed.

Here's what I ended up with:

I'm probably going to have to remove the battery brace.....otherwise rare pieces would have to be modified....not gonna do that

READY TO RACE!!!!! Going to race her at G's RC Raceway in Shippensburg PA tomorrow. All I need to do in the morning is put a pinion on, 2 motors screws, and slash gear cover. STRC hingepins, traxxas big bores, proline rubber, savox servo, pulse v2 speeder with vulcan 7.5. The rear tower is hand made...used a broken LSII chassis. Here she is :D
