Will the B3 stealth internals fit in the original USA case?

So about three or four years ago, I thought I'd update my original 1986 gold pan with brushless/lipo power, which i did, no problems. but i also had the idea that i needed a stealth to stand up to the torque of a brushless motor. thing is, i didn't know one stealth from another, so i bought one off ebay and it was for a B3, looks like this:

so it doesn't fit my classic. it's been sitting around ever since. so i got another stealth off ebay, the right one this time, and it's in my car doing great.
fast forward to a couple of months ago: with all the talk about the rere worlds, and how it's rere stealth is different than the original USA stealth, i ordered up a couple of new USA cases from Amain, http://www.amain.com/rc-cars/team-associated-stealth-transmission-case-asc6565/p386593. My B3 stealth is still sitting on a shelf. But I've taken to wondering now, will the internals of that B3 fit my USA-spec cases?
