Someone to repair a Super Rooster?

I have a Super Rooster that only works in Reverse, and would REALLY like to have it fixed. Is there anyone who does/can do this? I know Novak has a Replacement Program, but that will cost 80 BUCKS. Not to mention, the first line in the Product Discription of the Replacement (Super Duty) reads, Forget small and lightweight.
Someone PLEASE tell me this is possible.

Is that replacement program for those that want to upgrade, or is it in lieu of repair of older ESC's? I would email Charlie over at Novak and ask what their repair fee is.
