what and how should I do this?

I was given a graphite rc10. It works fine. I don't know anything about rc10 or rc's in general. I'd like to be able to use this in a school yard and street environment. I like to modify stuff and would love to make this thing handle like a dream. No racing just bashing with buddy's. Like to make it wide and upgrade the entire car. Who makes the best hardware and what do I need? All opinions welcome

If you start by reading the sticky post 'What's old is new thread' that will get you in the right direction. Search for best upgrades, lots of threads on that topic already. Brushless / lipo upgrades are always good

Man I have no idea what half that stuff is guys are talking about. Rc10 b3, B4, B5's, world's, re re's . B44, B4. 2.
I have a graphite rc10. Don't know or care what roar is. I want it wide as possible. Looking to go brushless. Want most modern updated parts as possible including wheels. Also like the bigger wheels. Better shocks.
What do yall suggest?

we suggest research, all this stuff is out there. The thread he recommended is a popular route to take an old car to a modern runner. Did you look at it? Honestly this site is for those enthusiast that want to take pride in doing their own work, if you just want a wide vehicle that will take modern power and not break, its really best (and by far cheaper!) to just buy a modern runner

+1 buy something modern. Sell the graphite on eBay to fund it.
You'll save yourself some money, time and disappointment...and save an RC10 for someone who will appreciate it.

I agree, I'm not even close yet and I could have bought a B4.2 rtr with what I've spent.

Thanks for the insight. My brother in law owns an rc10 graphite. Going to sell it to him to fund a new runner

Your wallet will thank you! It's hard for us to talk people out of enjoying their old cars, but sometimes it just isn't a good fit
