Finally pulled the finger out - tore it down and rebuilt it.
Had to replace all the screws, nuts and balljoint balls due to corrosion.
Fresh AE aluminum for the front and rear bulkheads and 3mm black steel button head hex for the rest, except the wheels, which are fitted with 3x6 buttonhead SS torx 10.

Buggy looks awesome like it just rolled off the shelf.

The body came with the buggy, and after cleaning the metallic blue paint of the wing, I thought they were a good match.
