hi all,

im a complete newby when it comes to vintage cars so i was delighted when i came across this site, i have been looking to get some vintage buggy's for some time to start off my collection, first on my list is a rc10 i just love the gold chassis and they way it looks

so what sort of money should i be looking to pay for a mint shelf queen or unbuilt in the box, if i get a used one can the chassis be rubbed down and re painted ???

Gold chassis were not painted, they are annodized.

For a Mint original 6010 buggy shelf queen you looking at $250-$375. A new in the box for $500-$700

there is one new in the box on a well known auction site

as for numbers 6010 was this the first edition and how can you tell

Ya man if your overseas somewhere there are always a handfull of us willing to help get stuff shipped to you if the sellers won't ship internationally. Just get to know us a little bit... we're a really great group of people here.
