ebay hot link in BST?

How the hell do I put a hot link to my ebay items in the ebay/craigslist area?
Keep in mind Im a complete idiot on computers so please explain well and in language I understand!

Click on your eBay user name then on the next page click on "Items for Sale". From that page copy the entire URL in your browser's address bar and paste it when you are writing your posted message.

Glad you got it.
I think a lot of people having problems linking there for sale items are trying to use the address from My Ebay->Selling....but that's a private page only accessible when you're logged in to your account.
The "items for sale" link is a public one. It's the same kind of page you get when you click the "see other items" link from someone else's auction.
