I have a ultima st ep and i need a main gear or a way to use another pined gear.

Ebay is your best bet. Kyosho parts are common and mostly affordable on ebay.

Mah $12 to 18 is a bit steep

Ultima ST is a bit new for us, can you provide the dimensions you need? Shaft diameter, tooth count etc? I'm sure something out there might fit it. Maybe an old shuey gear or a pre slipper losi gear

The best i can do is part numbers RS53 drive gear shaft RS49 main gear

I know the exploded view only has part numbers. I'v kinda fallen for this thing it's got a towerhobby 14t quad in it. But with no spur no fun :(

Look for a spur gear adapter/slipper eliminator that lets you use standard spurs. Ultima ST uses a 5mm top shaft? Something for a Tamiya or Traxxas could work.

Other option is to upgrade to a slipper clutch. One from a Duratrax Evader might work....I adapted one once to a MIP RC10 trans and those used a 5mm top shafts too.
