VAE's B2

As most of you know, I do some RC painting on the side type of thing. I don't know if Rod was feeling guilty or generous or what, but I've done some work for him in the past...on going, and he ends up giving me a B2. Well, most of a B2. It needed some shocks, a trans, a body and a few other minor things.
I eagerly accepted his gift and got to work on her right away. First thing first, find parts and then sand the bottom while waiting for parts. Mike ended up selling some of his stuff, including a B2 body that was factory painted and still in the packaging, and a B2 trans with plate
...and still waiting on those front TQ wheels for my Kinwald's build he sent separate though.
Chassis is sanded Rear chassis plate also sanded and painted. I had some correct shock sitting around. I still need correct shock collars though. Parts showed up Shocks and body mounted and trans installed I went to Rod's place to scavenge for period correct stickers and made out like a bandit
, thanks Rod!!!
Photo op with his Matt Francis car Now it's sitting in the showcase until it's photo op with my new B3 I'm working on
