Hi,
Another Traxxas from Graupner.
This is the "Eco" version from the the graupner Radicator.
Here the link to the '"Expert" version to compare :
HERE
The ugly photo from the auction.
This version is close to the RAD2 but without slipper and long front damper.
After refusbishing during fews days and some option parts from traxxas, this is the result.
Waiting for the repro body.

Where is this Radicator in the Traxxas history ?
Just after the TRX3 ? or it's another line of buggies without any link with trx's ?

They moved the vintage wheels to the vintage section but I didn't see the traxxas wheels.

I believe the original Radicator came out around the same time as the Hawk in about 91/2 ish. Back then they were white plastic with gold anodized aluminum like some other company a few of us might have heard of.. >.>
Even before the the Trx1
Edit.. found a remark on the web that the white version was in 1989...
Man I do with at least one company stayed with white plastics :p

The Graupner version was brought out somewhere in the late 1990s, and still could be found new in box a decade later...

Not the "best paint job of the year" but looks good on that Rad2.

Indeed, looks like an RTR body
It actually fits the car pretty well!
