I've been into R/C for quite a while and I lean toward the oddball stuff. I started with the buggy-based Tamiya F150. I built it and sold it for a nice profit. I did a few more then things got crazy. The local shop started truck pulls and I built a Clod Buster that was capable of 400 lb. full pulls. Then a CAD-designed and machined 2wd unlimited. There were some conversions and cars built with aftermarket parts. And finally drags where I basically had a carbon fiber 'yardstick' strapped with batteries. I'm here because I've never done an RC10. I'm trying for a high-speed suspension car with a ,muscle car body. So far I have a flat aluminum mid-motor chassis, a Trackmaster diff transmission and a McAllister lowering kit to work with. I'll be looking for tuff parts and advice in the future.
