I actually have 3 bodies in mind. Haven't decided on which one yet.
RWB WIDEBODY PORSCHE 911
Or
Pandora RC SUBARU IMPREZA 22B-Sti
Or
Pandora RC Toyota AE86
I want to use it for drifting so giving it a drift theme. Any tips or mod that you guys recommend for the rc10ds i am all ears since this is my first one. I also purchase this transmission mainly for the cool factor I never seen a belt drive transmission for the rc10, but i have no idea of which part i need to finish it so any help in that is appreciated.

Nice choice of bodies. would love to see the widebody porsche

TIP: Get a radio with exponential settings. I found it to be twitchy and sensitive. I dialed the steering back through exponential adjustment so most of the steering throw was at the end of the steering wheel. It made my DS very controllable.

You can get with GoMachV here on the forum for all the internals for the Lethal Weapon transmission you have. Great guy to deal with!

Sadly most of that trans is missing. You would need a gear set with shaft, a complete power clutch, and a B3 differential set, as well as bearings, spacers, motor plate, screw set, drill jig, and a trans brace

Thank you for info and pics GoMachV. Just order some parts for the ds and just a quick question but is there any cad drawing of the rc10 tub out there?
Also been toying with the idea of putting a normal touring car front end on it. With Tamiya front arm i am right on 260mm mark. Some high angle caster blocks would make it work even better then the stock ones.

Finally got some parts in to finish the 2nd tub. Still waiting on the parts for my silver one.

What motor is that? I've not seen one like it before. Is it a motor/ESC combo thingy? Nice looking start to a DS by the way. ;)

Yes it is a motor and esc combo, i wanted to have the aluminum chassis show as much as I can, so I didn't want any ESC taking up display space. Also want to get rid of the old school shocks and replace them with more modern touring car shocks.

A motor/esc combo? Seriously? I never knew such a thing existed. Who made (makes) it?

Dynamite sells one, and Orion as well. I’ve wanted to try one of those for a while

GoMachV got the brand right their also used to be a outrunner company that used to do them but i forgot their name. I have both the dynamite and orion one and both are great unit. I mainly used them on my vintage stuff when i want a clean setup, but they have enough power to be put into a buggy, but recommend a fan if you plan to do that.
