Looks great!
You probably won't need the front wing, the B1M has tons of front bite. On the back, start with 3 deg of toe per side to help with rear traction.

Yes I have the 3 deg rear toe . Front wing just there really to save my front tower as and when needed  will cut it down a bit more . 1st run last Sunday at the Schumacher indoor . They run a vintage class which is full of re release cat xls an yz10 so 4wd so am ok with my mods to keep up for now .1st run practice felt very good great turn in . Turns in so much better and change of direction very Predictable so easy to place the car just we’re you want it .only real change all day was to go short wheel base on the rear blocks as it was pushing just a bit on the fast right on the end of the straight. This help get a tighter line round . Surface is cork mat and the race line is about 1M wide of that it’s like ice . Anyway 1st outing got the car on Pole for the vintage Final. But made a mistake or 3 ended 4th . But a very good 1st outing!

Awesome, glad you like it so far!
I haven't done much tuning on mine and it already drives great, but I'm sure there's more in it.

How have you fixed the bulkhead to the chassis? Just two screws, and the (soft) brace to the transmission?!?

I've wanted to put the shocks at the back on mine too... if only so I can grap the slipper nut with a proper tool instead of pliers!

Top top brace comes off the bulkhead The is bolted to the plate that’s bolted to the top of the gearbox , had to add shims to get the level . All made with 3mm grp glass fibre sheet
