@threesheds , I used the data provided to derive something... I'm not sure how close it is from the reality, I'll have to wait I have a real tire in hand to check how much need to be reviewed...
It's quite simple... I may review the stud profile a bit to make them a bit less squared. I believe it still requires work...

Looks damn close, comparing to a photo maybe dimples or recesses in studs could be smaller. Maybe some measurements needed to be in parts of a mm. Only a cheap gauge at my disposal.
