I know this has been discussed before but I couldn't find it. What's the deal with sending in a body to get copied? From memory you send in an uncut body and you receive 3 in return? I wish they had a proper website instead of just ebay.

I'm also quite surprised they dont make a 10T Team body, only the standard one.

That was the deal in the past, send one donation and get 3 back. You do not get the original back. There are quite a few I have sent or asked to send and they cant or wont do. Dont bother with ebay, just email them direct- [email protected] its usually cheaper that way too. They do not have a website, but they have been talking about it for quite a while now.
I cant say on the truck body, they may have not had one sent in to copy from yet.

This is weird. I have bought the 10T repop from them in the past...

I know they wont do Ira Dahms bodies which is a shame.

TBG only do the standard 10T body that I'm aware of. The 10T team body is basically the same but narrower.

Jconcepts molded the last run of the team bodies for AE, but I doubt we'll ever see the team body again unless TBG molds it.


How much detail is lost compared to the original, quite a bit I assume?

Hi guys, I just picked up an original gold pan without a body and I'm having trouble finding the one I want for it. I've checked Ebay and the TBG website and so far can only find their Stealth repro, Intruder repro and Mirage repro but none of those are identical to the body that came with my re-re gold pan classic kit. Am I stuck with one of those three or is there another source I'm unaware of? Thanks!!
