Losi LXT eBay rebuild project.

First some specs:

Electronics:
-Motor: Losi Double Trouble stock motor
-Battery: Sanyo 1700 SCRC (w/MCI Trinity Pushed battery labels)
-Speed Control: Novak 410M1C
-Receiver: Futaba FM FP-R103F (antenna shortened for ease of display)
-Servo: Futaba S148

Components/Hopups:
-XX Transmission (2.61:1) w/HydraDrive
-Tecnacraft Titanium turnbuckles
-SS Screw kit
-TBG repro body, wheel disks, and gear cover
-Vintage Dean's 4 pin black motor/battery connectors
-New Losi low profile ribs and mini pin tires (Silver compound)
-MCI repro sticker set

This was my first vintage rebuild project so I didn't take a lot of pictures along the way, so here's some before/after pics.

Starting point: 2 eBay LXTs and misc. parts

Clear body mounted.

Haven't decided if I want to keep it clear to show off the internals or put a vintage scheme on it, what do you guys think?

Love the LXT, my first contact with US offroaders two and a half decades ago (Still have two and probably two more in spare parts )... always happy to see another one being brought back to life
