Hi guys, I'm Howard.
I live in Livermore, California.
I enjoy traveling and fishing.
I don't know where to start, I want an RC that my son can play outside with on the road, maybe on the grass, not entirely sure.
I want it to be able to take a beating, I want both of us to be able to have a blast with it.
I have other kids, so I think they are going to see it and want one for their birthday's too, so I want it to be able to play nice with other RC cars of the same kind, so they can all race.
What do you guys suggest I purchase? I was thinking up to 100USD, but I would be happy to spend half that or even a little more depending on the reasoning.
Thanks!

Anything at or under a 100 dollars isnt going to last, your best bet is to maybe look for a Traxxas Slash 2wd ready to run or go on ebay and put in 1/10 short course truck and look at your options (import brand).

I second the recommendation of a Slash. Pretty durable and replacement parts are inexpensive. Not trying to discourage you but this hobby is expensive and $100 won’t go far.
