Kinwald motor question

I just won this one off the bay for $14 incl. shipping - reflex buy. Figured out (via search function) that it's a Trinity and obviously it's a Kinwald motor of some sorts. 1992-3? Does anyone know if this motor has any historical significance? What car did he use this motor in?

I think it is more of a 1994 to 1996 thing. The red label ones are defo 1996 and I think the white label motors are earlier versions. :?

Here's a cool BK motor I got from a friend that got it from a team driver back then, they were never available to the public because Dirtynator signed with Losi just a few weeks after... I still haven't seen an other one

Thanks for the replies, guys.

If that was a question for me Gamma, not too sure about the black anodizing. I haven't received the motor yet.

I saw that BK motor on your other thread Asso_man. That one's got a really interesting story behind it.

It was from 94.

Just do a "find" for "kinwald" and you'll see it about 1/3 of the way done approved 5/1994

Awesome! Thanks Erich.

My favorite part about this motor, just by looking at the pics is the "Meltdown" warning once you get to the extremes of timing.

CW? is that for clockwise?
