Help ID this chassis

I found an old chassis that has been under water for some time. I have an original Wild Willy since the early 1980s, and have had several other Wild Willys I bought over the years. At first, I thought this was a Wild Willy chassis, but after looking at it, realized it is not, but is apparently a cousin (some family resemblance) . Can anyone help ID this? Maybe an old Willys Wheeler? Or something else?

I'm betting it was an ornament in a fish tank, next to a shipwreck and a diver.

Ok... To save you from having to ask. About 3 years ago, we bought some rural property. In the back side of the property there was a big plastic trunk behind the barn. I never got around to looking in it, frankly because there was no telling what might have been living inside. A week or so ago, I decided to open it up. Well, it had a few items in it, some books etc, but also was full of water. I know I been here 3 years now, so it has been full of water for at least that long, because I never opened it. No telling how long it was back there, but seeing it was not water tight, but held it pretty good, probably full of water long before we bought the place. I got the water out the other day and low and behold, this chassis was in there. Being an old skool Tamiya guy, knew it was Tamiya. Thought it was a Wild Willy chassis at first, then quickly realized it wasn't even though it does share some parts. Anyway. No idea of it's "story" other than that. Too bad no more of it was in there. But there was an old skool RC battery charger in there. Drying it out to see if there is anything salvageable of that. ;)
