After a couple of hours of internet research, I still can't identify this ESC. Looks like a very shallow heatsink, with only two diagonally opposed fan mount holes.
Any ideas as to make/model?

Looks like we can close the book on this one.
Wouldn't hold out much hope for the Creedence.
