Airtronics speed controller

Hi, I have this Airtronics 96307 speed controller that I would like to get working again. I found a blown component and need help identifying it. It is at the end of the white line in the pic and is surronded by three orange components. I believe the blown component is just like the orange ones. Does anyone have any thoughts on what the blown piece is?
