Rear Suspension Travel: CV Joint hitting Locking Nut in Diff

I am building an RC10B6d.3

I had just mounted the turnbuckles on the rear A-Arms when I noticed one of the rear A-Arms is able to travel up much more than the other. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the left arm's CV (from the rear) is hitting the plastic lock nut that holds the spring inside the differential. Is it supposed to be this way? I am hoping that I don't have to rebuild the gear box. I re-measured the turnbuckles and they match what is required in the assembly manual, I've attached a picture showing the problem.

Hi there poohbah

I have never even seen, other than pics, a new B6.x so I could be off but...
It looks as if the camber on the right side is excessive. Can't really tell on the left side in the picture.
With the rear arms parallel to the ground camber should be close to 0 degrees.
Probably not from incorrect turnbuckle length but maybe the wrong inner ballstud placement.
If the inner rear ballstud is in a position too close to the trans it will possibly cause the end of the axel to bind.
I would reread the manual to insure correct ballstud location.

Your front camber rods are wrong. The outers should be mounted to the front of the castor block.

I think that you need to invert #92180.
