Rehabilitated Toy Grade Runners

Sometimes there's that toy grade RC that has some potential to be just fun enough, or maybe made more fun. With some surplus hobby grade spare parts and a little fabrication, it can get new life as a basher. Anyone care to post a project?
Mine: a neighbor was letting this well used Protoyo 4wd drifter waste away in their garage, to the point that the electronics were dead from corrosion. I've resisted the urge to overdo the rehab (with new chassis, steering, shocks, etc) and just given it functional electronics, a chassis brace to for a flex issue, a generous skid plate/bumper, and some quick release body mounts. It now skitters around with reckless abandon.
